Jamal Abukhaled, M.D. earned his medical degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology in Irbid, Jordan. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Case Western Reserve University / St. Vincent Charity Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, followed by a Nephrology fellowship at the University of Michigan (Michigan Medicine).

Dr. Abukhaled is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. His clinical practice includes inpatient and outpatient nephrology with particular focus on ICU nephrology, CRRT support for ECMO patients, and complex kidney disease. He is the Founder and Director of the Glomerulonephritis Subspecialty Clinic (established December 2025) dedicated to the evaluation and management of immune-mediated kidney disease.

Dr. Abukhaled is academically active with peer-reviewed publications and national conference presentations, and he is committed to medical education through bedside teaching and clinical instruction.
